In a nearby pantry, you found the unconscious adventurers&nbsp;<code>Valerie<\/code>,&nbsp;<code>Amiri<\/code>, and&nbsp;<code>Harim<\/code>, whom you revived. They then fled toward the safety of the great hall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your pursuit continued through a burning and smoke-filled corridor where you found and rescued the arrogant gnome&nbsp;<code>Tartuccio<\/code>. You pushed deeper and found an armory, where you were ambushed by assassins led by Commander&nbsp;<code>Nishkiv<\/code>. The fight was fierce;&nbsp;<code>Aurelio<\/code>&nbsp;was critically injured and&nbsp;<code>Nym<\/code>&nbsp;demonstrated his confusing doppelg\u00e4nger magic. After defeating the enemies, you rescued another bound adventurer. She revealed that Lady&nbsp;<code>Jamandi<\/code>&nbsp;was cornered in &#8220;The Fighting Pit&#8221; by giants and their &#8220;boss.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You rushed there and found a massive battle underway. Lady&nbsp;<code>Jamandi<\/code>&nbsp;was fighting two giants while a red-haired female commander led a horde of&nbsp;<code>Black Tear Cutthroats<\/code>.&nbsp;<code>Jamandi<\/code>&nbsp;felled one giant and ordered you to take care of the rest. A chaotic and brutal fight broke out in which you focused on the deadly commander.&nbsp;<code>Gassi<\/code>&nbsp;was knocked unconscious by a critical blow from her and hovered on the brink of death.&nbsp;<code>Zogg<\/code>&nbsp;was also struck down. With heroic efforts, you managed to heal your fallen comrades. Meanwhile, Lady&nbsp;<code>Jamandi<\/code>&nbsp;demonstrated her superior skill by felling both the second giant and, finally, the red-haired commander, breaking the enemy&#8217;s morale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After securing the manor, you had a short rest and reached level 2. The next morning, Lady&nbsp;<code>Jamandi<\/code>&nbsp;held a ceremony where she handed out charters. The arrogant mercenary group&nbsp;<code>Iron Wraith<\/code>&nbsp;received their mission and mocked you on their way out. Finally, you received your royal charter: journey to the&nbsp;<code>Greenbelt<\/code>&nbsp;region, deal with the bandit problem, and start at a trading post named&nbsp;<code>Oleg's Trading Post<\/code>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Great Mysteries &amp; Clues<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Who is the overall leader of the\u00a0<code>Black Tear Cutthroats<\/code>\u00a0who orchestrated the massive attack?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The red-haired female commander had an R-shaped scar on her face. Her identity is unknown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A rescued captive mentioned that Lady\u00a0<code>Jamandi<\/code>\u00a0was cornered by giants and &#8220;the boss.&#8221; Was the red-haired woman this boss, or is a higher power involved?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your first concrete mission is to travel to\u00a0<code>Oleg's Trading Post<\/code>\u00a0in the\u00a0<code>Greenbelt<\/code>\u00a0to deal with local bandits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Before the Next Session<\/strong><br>You have survived the bloody night, become stronger, and have your official mission in hand. The manor is relatively secure, and the path into the lawless&nbsp;<code>Stolen Lands<\/code>&nbsp;lies open.
